If you find yourself struggling to focus when working remotely then this Group Flow Session is designed for you.
You will be guided through a 3-step practice of Visualization, Breathwork, and Meditation to prime your mind and body for one of your most productive mornings ever.
At the beginning of the session, you will learn a process to get focused on your most important work and do it with zero interruptions, multitasking, or context switching.
Then you will have two hours of deep focus time to work on your most important task for the day.
Afterward, you will be able to check-in and share your success with the group.
Zero interruptions and a state of deep focus is the gateway into what's called the flow state, which is a state of mind in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.
Without a single-minded focus, flow is an elusive thing and most people only scratch the surface of what they are capable of doing in their work.
This Group Flow Session will give you an introduction to how to prime your mind and body for achieving the flow state at work.
